Alexander Clifton
Co-founder
Alexander began working in the construction industry 15 years ago as an electrical engineer. During the last decade he was able to develop his professional experience overseeing the technical installations of some of London’s high-rise buildings. The last 5 years has seen Alexander focus his career managing main contracts for some of London’s top-tier Design and Build companies, and has proven his construction awareness by continuing to deliver commercial fit-out and refurbishment project’s across the UK.
David Mott
Co-founder
Having retired from competitive international sport, David channeled his energy and determination into a career within the construction industry. After graduating as a building surveyor David worked his way up within the commercial fit-out sector and has spent the past 8 years successfully delivering multi-million pound projects for two of London’s leading design and build contractors. With a keen eye for detail and a highly disciplined approach to project delivery, David has achieved high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Francisca Santos
Head of Architecture and Design
Upon graduating in architecture at the University of Bath, Francisca obtained a postgraduate diploma. Over the last 6 years Francisca has successfully managed the design and architecture in multiple high-end residential and commercial projects across the UK. Francisca’s traditional background has given Logic Workspace the expertise when mobilising through the early design stages to help prepare each project for an exceptional delivery.
Daniel Budd
Project Manager
Daniel started a career in electrical engineering after leaving school in 2005. By 2015 he started working as an electrical project manager looking after commercial office fit outs for large design and build contractors. Daniel started working for Logic Workspace in 2022 and tailored his abilities towards a main contractors co-ordination process with specific attention to subcontractor technical services compliance.
Sebastian Huma
Site Manager
The past 6 years have seen Sebastian manage a multitude of construction sites across different fit-out, commercial and refurbishment projects in London. Having the knowledge and previous experience, Sebastian’s motivation and problem- solving mindset are crucial in dealing with the day-to-day challenges faced on construction sites.
