Before the fit-out works could commence, Logic Workspace had the complex task of completely stripping out the basement plant room, which consisted of enabling asbestos removal, two reinforced concrete and steel bank vaults, redundant chillers, boilers, AHU, cash lift & shaft along with a huge 6-cylinder generator set.

The new space added c2,300 sq ft of new NIA and boasts new meeting rooms, collaboration space, wellness, faith and mother facilities along with new bike racks.
